Resident Service Level
To provide residents with
the most individualized and professional service, an
evaluation tool has been developed to determine each
resident's level of care. The Resident Service Level is
completed by a registered nurse at the following times:
A registered nurse
collaborates with the resident, family and physician in
order to develop a plan of care unique to each person's
needs and request.
The Resident Service Level
is provided at an additional monthly charge. The
services are based on a point system.
